Online Coaching

  • Initial 90-minute consultation.

  • Complete movement assessment for initial programme design.​​​​​

​

  • Ongoing messaging, video and form feedback bespoke to you, your body and training goals.

​

  • Monthly 30-minute Zoom coaching calls to discuss your unique challenges and collaboratively work through solutions.

​

  • Train in your own time and from any home/gym location via the CoachRx app.

In Person Coaching

  • Initial 90-minute consultation.

​

  • Complete movement assessment for initial programme design.

​

  • Personal sessions at Brixx Gym, Brigg, Lincolnshire, DN20 8PD.

​

  • Minimum 1 session per week.

​

  • Face-to-face coaching, where we run through your individual training programme.

Hybrid Coaching

  • Initial 90-minute consultation.

​

  • Complete movement assessment for initial programme design.​​​​

​

  • Ongoing messaging, video and form feedback bespoke to you, your body and training goals.

​

  • Once a month, an in-person session at Brixx Gym to run through anything specific you need support on.

​

  • Train in your own time and from any home/gym location via the CoachRx app.
