I created S3LF in 2017 as a space for clients to get curious about their health and learn through purposeful experience with their nutrition and training.

S3LF's values are self-awareness, self-care, and self-confidence. These make up the 3 pillars of S3LF's coaching and help clients tune into the what, why and how to improve their health and fitness.

Today, S3LF delivers on those values by offering personal training, online 1:1 coaching, nutrition coaching, and education services from the heart of Lincolnshire, England, to clients all over the world.

For all of my adult life I’ve been active, attending several gym classes per week but, in January 2023 I attended Jess’ ‘Lift and Learn’ workshop and decided to make it the year I really embraced strength training. If this were a Trip Advisor review, the headline summary would be ‘make your workouts more purposeful.’ With each session I’ve been developing a greater understanding of movement, correct lifting technique, and building confidence. Jess really listens, is intuitive, and looks out for every aspect of her client’s health and fitness journey.
