Perimenopause & Menopause Health

Join Jess in partnership with Brixx Gym, in Brigg, Lincolnshire, on Thursday 26th of October, 6pm-8pm for a workshop on navigating your health during perimenopause and menopause.

Do you want to increase your knowledge around this period of change? Understand common symptoms and their challenges better? How about discovering what is within your power when it comes to your health?

With topics covering hormone health, nutrition, sleep, strength training, and stress, this workshop is for those who:

  • Want to learn more and become informed about what to expect for themselves or others close to them.

  • Feel lost or stuck and want a better understanding of what is within their power to improve their health.

  • Those curious about practical strategies for managing symptoms and promoting well-being during this life transition.

Whatever your age, gender, or experience with perimenopause and menopause, this workshop aims to destigmatize what this means for women and empower them with actionable knowledge.

What your ticket includes:

​

  • 90 minutes of educational learning in a group setting.

  • 30mins post workshop to explore Brixx gym with the support of the coaches to develop understanding and awareness of strength training.

  • A meal choice from the Pantry 8020 (two options to choose) and hot Teapigs tea to be enjoyed during the session.

  • Q&A you can ask questions, discover more about your own body, and apply them to your health.
