Hi, I’m Jess, and if we’re meeting for the first time...hiya.

 

I’ve spent over 15 years in fitness, and it's a hard agree from me that it’s a jungle out there.

 

Quick fixes, toxic diet culture, and cookie-cutter programmes are everywhere. And frankly? They’re failing people.

I created Build Yourself because I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed and confused.

 

But I also know how empowering it is when you start to get it.
